Shipping Policy & Restrictions

Thank you for shopping with SmokerOutletStore.com. Please read our vape, THC and Kratom shipping policy carefully before placing an order that includes any of these products.

Age Verification & Signature

Vape orders require adult signature and age verification upon delivery

We do not ship vape, kratom or THC products to PO Boxes, Military Bases, forwarding services, third-party parcel lockers, or  International Shipping.

PACT Act Amendment Impact:

Effective Date: Starting from March 27, 2021, due to the amendment to the PACT Act, all vape shipments now require an adult signature for delivery.

Signature Requirement: An adult, aged 21 or older, must be present to sign for the package and present a valid government-issued ID.

Delivery Advice: Consider having your order shipped to your workplace or any location where an adult is regularly available to receive the package.

Addresses: We kindly ask all customers to double-check their addresses before finalizing their orders. Our shipping software processes and creates labels based on the exact information submitted by our customers. If you realize an error after placing an order, contact us promptly, and we will make every effort to fix it.

To avoid misdelivery and return of packages, we strongly recommend that customers provide addresses where they regularly receive mail.

DELTA-9 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: Delta-9 products are not available for shipment to the following states: Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota.

THC-A* SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: THC-A products are not available for shipment to the following states: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont. 

Kratom products are not available for shipment to the following states:

Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Tennesse, Kentucky.

Kratom products are not available for shipment to the following cities and counties:

Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville (IL), Columbus (MS), Union (MS), Ascension (LA), Franklin (LA), Rapides (LA), Denver (CO).

Amanita Muscaria

Amanita Muscaria: Louisiana.
Due to state-level restrictions and FDA warnings, we do not ship Amanita Muscaria products to Louisiana.
While legal in all other 49 U.S. States, Federal guidelines (including labels and safety) may impact future availability. Please ensure compliance before ordering.

Vapes

We Only Ship Vape Disposables Within the state of Florida.

Due to federal regulations and the PACT Act, we only ship vape products to addresses within the state of Florida. Orders placed with vape items shipping outside of Florida will be adjusted or canceled accordingly.

If You Order Vapes to a Restricted Location:

Any vape item(s) in the order will be removed or refunded automatically

The rest of your order (if it includes non-vape products) will still be processed and shipped as usual
